Kim was one of the of the many celebrated guests who toasted the Balmain designer on the opening of the brand’s West Coast boutique and their recent collaboration with Dr. Dre’s Beats headphones. Kim West turned up in the party absolutely gorgeous rocking this heat wave–friendly crop top and embellished Balmain skirt.
