ENTERTAINMENT: BRITNEY SPAER WANTS TO CHANGE HER WILL TO PROTECT HER KIDS

Britney Spear has decided to take some measures concerning the state of her present will, all for the benefit of her two boys.

The concerned mother's longtime conservator has filed for legal docs asking permission to change her will, which was drafted before she gave birthday to her two sons, Sean now 11 while Jayden, now 10.

The current will provide the two boys to inherit her entire estate when Britney dies but the problem is, they will get the entire estate, which the mother is concern about cause of their age. The will stated  that they will inherit  the entire fortune when they turn 18, and this is not wise, to open that large fortune to them at that young age.

TMZ reports that, the new estate plan creates a trust for the kids, who will  inherit the entire fortune but they will not have access to the entire estate until they turn 35. The trust will give them limited access when they turn 18, more access to the fortune when they turn 25 and when they turn 35, they are entitle to the entire estate, by then they will be eligible to run for presidency.

The trust also slash the amount of inheritance tax the estate will have to pay. One more photo after the cut.
