NEWS: A GHASTLY ACCIDENT OF EKITI STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WHILE RETURNING FROM STUDY TRIP

An unfortunate accident involving 20 students of the department of political science of Ekiti state university (ESKU) on their journey back from Abuja for the 2016/2017 academic trip were involved a fatal accident.The unfortunate trip was led by one senior lecturer and the president of the department.

The bus contained 20 students of the department and the accident occurred at the Lokoja-Abuja expressway. one of the injured victims said that, the accident happened because one of the tires busted while they were on speed and the bus lost control from the main road into the bush. All passengers survived but few were injured.
